Terms of Service

By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using Adrenyx (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Submit false proof or fabricate completion of challenges.
• Upload content that is illegal, sexual, hateful, harassing, or violent.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to access another user's account or our systems without authorization.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or interact with the Service.
• Use the Service to spam, advertise, or distribute malware.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (photos, videos, captions, and other materials). By submitting content to the Service you grant Adrenyx a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. This license ends when you delete the content, except to the extent it has been shared by other users or is required by law to be retained.

We may, but are not obligated to, review, moderate, or remove any content that we believe violates these Terms or harms the community. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate these Terms. We do our best to apply moderation fairly but cannot guarantee a specific outcome in every case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adrenyx and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including physical injury or loss arising from any challenge you undertake. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if continued provision of the Service to you is not feasible. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including content licenses already granted, liability limits, and dispute provisions) will continue to apply.

We may modify the Service and these Terms over time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Adrenyx regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. Disputes will be resolved in good faith; if unresolved, they will be governed by the laws applicable to Adrenyx's primary place of operation.
